Danielle joined our company in 2015 and brings with her a wealth of knowledge gained from years of experience in the banking and customer service field. Danielle brings a strong work ethic and organizational skills to bear. As our Operations Manager, Danielle is responsible for the general oversight of our streamlined communication with both buyers and sellers as well as making sure things stay on track.

Paulina Lozano

Resident Communications Specialist

Paulina joined our company in 2022 and is bringing her commitment to service and communication to work for the team. She has a degree from University of Guadalajara as an Interior Designer. All her knowledge was built by working in the property management field for the past 4 years where she gained experience in the financial, maintenance coordination, leasing and administrative areas.

Brittany Martin

Property Manager

Brittany joined our company in 2023. She brings with her a vast experience in the customer service field and a drive for helping tenants and owners alike. Brittany earned her real estate license in 2014 after completing her bachelor's degree from Texas State University. As our property manager, Brittany is responsible for marketing, showing and leasing our properties as they become available. She also spearheads our social media presence and owner communication during the time we are working to find new tenants for one of our properties.

Tara Dicks

Resident Communications Specialist

Born and raised in the vibrant landscapes of Zimbabwe, Tara embarked on a journey that seamlessly blended her love for exploration and business. In 2009, she set her sights on San Antonio, Texas, to pursue higher education at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA).

Throughout her professional journey, Tara spent eight dynamic years at a leading co-working startup. Her trajectory within the company reflects a remarkable versatility and commitment to excellence. Starting in sales and marketing, she swiftly transitioned into operations, demonstrating a keen ability to navigate complex challenges and ensure seamless business functioning. Sarah's aptitude for project management became evident as she spearheaded the expansion and opening of new locations for the company.

In 2023, Tara joined Wright Property as a Resident Communication Specialist where she oversees an extensive portfolio of residential properties based in San Antonio, TX. Here primary responsibilities include daily interaction with residents to ensure that constant communication standards are maintained.

Outside of work, Sarah finds joy in her diverse interests. A fervent traveler, she explores new horizons, drawing inspiration from different cultures. An avid cook, Sarah delights in experimenting with culinary creations and enjoys discovering the latest offerings of local restaurants.



Committed to holistic well-being, Sarah incorporates regular exercise into her routine, a testament to her disciplined approach to both personal and professional pursuits. In moments of leisure, she tunes into podcasts, feeding her curiosity and staying informed about the latest trends and ideas and of course spending time with her family.
